A-Team
A multi-agent team designer that interviews the user, decomposes the work into responsibilities, and generates a ready-to-run set of agents, skills and rules for either Claude Code or Codex, with configuration formats convertible between the two.
A-Team interviews a user about a task, breaks the work down into responsibilities, and generates a complete team of agents with their skills and rules, rather than a single general-purpose assistant. It supports both Claude Code, using CLAUDE.md and a .claude directory, and Codex, using AGENTS.md and its own configuration directories, with each platform's native format generated natively and convertible to the other.
Its design rules are distilled from Anthropic's own prompt-engineering and Claude best-practice material, converted into enforceable constraints such as preferring structural solutions over instructions, separating context by XML tag, and calibrating tone; a flat architecture gives one coordinator authority over all agents rather than nesting sub-coordinators, and every generated team includes a dedicated process reviewer, separate from quality review, that checks how the agents collaborated. Every design decision is recorded in a worklog as a chain of references, findings and decisions, which also serves to move detail out of the active context window.
It supports both a single-session subagent mode and an independent, parallel Agent Teams mode.
