A curated collection of code samples and tutorials for building AI agents on Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, formerly Vertex AI, covering its models, frameworks, protocols and hosting tools.

Agent Platform Samples

Agent Platform Samples is a curated collection of code samples and tutorials for building agents on Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, previously known as Vertex AI.

Samples are organized by area: foundation models such as the Gemini API and the Model Garden's partner and open-weight models; build tools including the open-source Agent Development Kit, an Agents CLI, a low-code Agent Studio and a template gallery called Agent Garden; data and tool integration through Grounding, a managed RAG Engine, Agent Search and a managed vector database; interoperability protocols including Agent2Agent, the Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-UI, and agent payment and commerce protocols; and scaling tools such as a managed Agent Runtime and built-in session state for multi-turn interactions.

It also links to an onboarding guide and an introductory video for newcomers to the platform.
