Agent Skills Kit

An SDK and command-line surface for authoring, validating, evaluating and syncing skills for Codex and other AI coding agents, currently being split into a separate Skills SDK and a Skills Foundry.

Agent Skills Kit

Agent Skills Kit is described as a transitional repository being separated into two products: a Skills Foundry that holds permitted skills and plugins awaiting SDK processing, and a Skills SDK that owns the agent-facing workflow for creating, updating, checking and installing skills, including the required registry and runtime adapters.

The repository's command-line tool is the current transitional command surface. It bootstraps and diagnoses the repo-local tooling, and reports a catalog parity marker tracking the count of canonical skills. Generated runtime projections live under one directory, while authored guidance is tracked separately.

It requires Git, Bash and either uv or Python 3.12 or newer, and is Apache-2.0 licensed.

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
