Agent Sprite Forge

A Codex agent skill that turns a natural-language description into game-ready 2D sprite sheets, layered tile maps and engine-ready prototypes for Godot or Unity, combining generated art with deterministic cleanup scripts.

Agent Sprite Forge

Agent Sprite Forge is a Codex-first workflow for 2D game assets, where the agent plans the asset pipeline, built-in image generation renders the raw visuals, and separate deterministic scripts clean, split, validate and export the results into reusable game assets. It produces sprite sheets for characters, monsters, props, attacks and animations, layered maps with ground bases, props, collision and placement data, and engine handoff into Godot scenes or editable Unity tilemaps.

Local cleanup steps handle chroma-key removal, frame extraction and alignment, transparent PNG or GIF export, prop-pack slicing and QA metadata. The repository includes several playable example prototypes built this way, including a Unity WebGL survivors-style game, a Godot tower-defense prototype, and a browser-based RPG.

    github.com

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
