AI Coding agents and how to code them

This repository is the code that accompanies a conference talk about how to build AI coding agents. Written in Python, it demonstrates in runnable form the techniques the talk covers, rather than presenting them only in slides, so that a reader can run and inspect the same examples the speaker used when discussing how a coding agent is put together.
