AI Engineer Headquarters

A self-directed learning drill of methods, processes and systems for AI and data engineering, covering a path from foundational tools through machine learning, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning and autonomous agents.

AI Engineer Headquarters

AI Engineer Headquarters is a learning resource organized as a personal 'drill' of scientific methods, processes, algorithms and systems for building AI models and applications, aimed at people working toward the top of the data and AI field, whether in a leadership role, as a working professional, or as a student. Material can be studied through recommended video sessions or through the repository's own text notes.

The learning path moves through a foundational AI-engineering toolkit, machine learning and MLOps for building production-ready systems, mastering large language models, building and deploying retrieval-augmented generation systems in production, fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific use, and architecting and building autonomous AI agents, ending with material on launching a career as an AI specialist and staying current afterward.

It is presented largely as Jupyter notebooks alongside supporting text and video links.
