# Android Lead Agent Skill

A set of AI coding skills that encodes a team's Android engineering standards, architecture decisions and UI conventions into Claude Code and other AI coding assistants.

This is a skill package for AI coding assistants that encodes a team's Android engineering standards, so every AI-generated screen follows the same architectural decisions, spacing grid, state-modeling pattern, animation standards and color token hierarchy, rather than the generic choices a model makes without guidance.

It covers MVVM with unidirectional data flow, a sealed-interface UI state pattern for loading, ready and error states, StateFlow for persistent state with SharedFlow for one-time events, Hilt dependency-injection graph layering, type-safe navigation argument extraction, and Clean Architecture rules that keep the domain layer free of Android imports. It also documents a color-token system with 29 defined material roles, shared-element transitions, skeleton loading states, and a spacing grid enforced through tokens.

It is compatible with Claude, GitHub Copilot, Gemini and Cursor, and is installed once so the same conventions apply across a team and its CI.
