APIJSON

A JSON-based communication protocol and ORM library that lets a backend expose CRUD, search, and remote function calls without writing per-endpoint API code, while the client shapes the JSON it gets back.

APIJSON

APIJSON is a protocol and ORM library for building backend APIs without writing code for each endpoint. A client describes the data it wants as JSON and sends it to the server, which can return different shapes of data from a single endpoint depending on that request, supporting CRUD operations, fuzzy search, and remote function calls.

Because the request and response shape is defined by the protocol rather than by hand-written endpoints, client and server developers avoid keeping separate API documentation in sync, and server developers do not need to track compatibility between APIs and documents used by older clients.

It is written in Java.
