AstraDesk

An internal enterprise framework for building AI agents for support and SRE/DevOps teams, with ready-to-use demo agents, database and messaging integrations, and OIDC, RBAC and mTLS security.

AstraDesk

AstraDesk provides a modular framework for building enterprise AI agents aimed at support and SRE/DevOps departments, shipping with three ready-to-use demo agents: a support agent that answers from retrieval-augmented generation over corporate documents with dialogue memory and ticketing tools, an operations agent that fetches Prometheus and Grafana metrics and performs policy-governed operational actions such as restarting a service, and a billing agent for financial operations.

Its modular Python core includes a tool registry, planner, Redis or Postgres-backed memory, pgvector-based retrieval, and NATS-based event handling, secured with OIDC and JWT authentication, role-based access control, and mTLS through Istio, and it ships with Kubernetes, OpenShift and Terraform deployment options plus Jenkins and GitLab CI pipelines and a Prometheus and Grafana monitoring setup.
