Awesome Architecture

Awesome Architecture is a curated, bilingual (Chinese and English) knowledge base focused on system architecture rather than implementation code. It collects architecture templates from real, widely used systems alongside a set of tutorials meant to build the reader's own skill as an architect, covering distributed systems, scalability, microservices, and system-design interview preparation.

It extends into AI-native system design with material on retrieval-augmented generation, GraphRAG and coding agents, presented through 26 tutorials, 25 architecture templates and 6 end-to-end case studies that work through production trade-offs. A companion interactive skill, distributed separately, walks through the same architecture-design process step by step inside AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex.

The content is also available as an offline EPUB community edition, community-assembled and reviewed by the project's author.
