Beacon

A Claude Code plugin that indexes a codebase and answers searches by meaning using local embeddings and BM25 keyword matching, instead of plain text grep.

Beacon

Beacon is a plugin for Claude Code that gives the agent semantic code search. It installs an MCP server plus a set of slash commands so the assistant can look up code by meaning, not only by literal string match, and reindex the project or check index health on demand.

Search combines vector similarity from local Ollama embeddings with BM25 keyword matching, identifier boosting and a symbol reference graph, and includes indexed lookups such as find_symbol and find_references that never call the embedding model. Installation runs through Claude Code's plugin marketplace and requires a locally running Ollama instance; it is written in JavaScript and MIT licensed.

    github.com

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
