This solution accelerator shows how to build a custom copilot for customer-facing roles, such as preparing for a customer meeting, using Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Search over an organization's own enterprise data. The repository is no longer maintained.

It processes past conversations at scale into a vector-embedded search index, uses Azure AI Search for semantic search and retrieval-augmented grounding, uses Azure OpenAI to summarize conversations and next-meeting actions, and lets a user chat with structured and unstructured data through Semantic Kernel's autonomous function calling.

It deploys to a user's own Azure subscription with the Azure Developer CLI, and ships reusable architecture and code intended to be adapted for a customer's own copilot rather than used as-is.
