Cipher Nexus

A distributed multi-agent dialogue simulator, built on FastAPI and asyncio, where language model agents negotiate meaning and build a shared symbolic vocabulary through recursive interaction.

Cipher Nexus

Cipher Nexus is a research sandbox for autonomous multi-agent dialogue. Instances of the system deploy a group of agents that exchange structured messages and negotiate on how to refer to concepts, rather than simply generating conversational text, with a graph-based semantic mesh recording every utterance, concept token, and agent belief as a node with weighted edges that later queries can traverse.

Each message passes through a three-stage pipeline: standard NLP extracts intent and entities, a protocol-translation step maps that into the system's own evolving token vocabulary, and a mesh-integration step updates the graph with new associations while pruning weak links. Different agents can run on different model backends, including local and remote models, while the system tries to keep their meanings consistent with each other.

It is built with Python and FastAPI, and supports both local models through Ollama and hosted OpenAI models.

  • Recurse

    recurse.run

A serverless harness that lets a coding agent design, test, and deploy its own specialist sub-agents as tools, MCP servers, or bots, defined by a schema-validated manifest.

  • ProofForge

    shulgin.is-a.dev

An AI-agent pipeline that decomposes a mathematics problem, proves each piece, and formalizes the result in Lean 4 and Mathlib until the Lean kernel accepts it, with six of its proofs already merged into Google DeepMind's formal-conjectures repository.

  • local-coder

    github.com

Builds a local coding-agent team on top of Ollama and OpenCode by detecting the machine's hardware, recommending models for seven specialist roles, and testing whether each assigned model can actually use tools, edit a repository and pass verification.
