# claude-code-engineering

A companion code repository for a paid Chinese-language book and course on engineering practices with Claude Code, with a runnable project for each lecture covering memory, subagents, hooks, MCP and SDK usage.

claude-code-engineering is the official companion code repository for a Chinese-language paid column and book about doing real engineering work with Claude Code, rather than only chatting with it as a coding tool. Each lecture of the course has a matching runnable project directory, and the book separately ships around 226 code snippets organized by chapter.

The published syllabus fragments cover, among other topics, an overview of Claude Code's technical stack, the CLAUDE.md memory system for recording project conventions once instead of repeating them, and a multi-part section on sub-agents: the core concept of splitting one agent into several specialized roles with isolated execution and permission boundaries, building a read-only code-review sub-agent restricted to a few tools, and using sub-agents to digest high-noise tasks such as large log files.

The book and course themselves are sold separately and are not included in this repository.
