Claude Code Skills & Plugins is an open-source library of production-ready skills, plugins and agent skills for Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor and several other coding agents. It packages reusable expertise for engineering, DevOps, marketing, security, compliance, C-level advisory, productivity, academic research and enterprise research operations.
Each skill includes a SKILL.md file with structured instructions, workflows and decision frameworks, along with Python command-line tools that run without extra package installs, and reference documents such as templates and checklists. The same repository works natively as Claude Code plugins, and also as Codex, Gemini CLI, Hermes Agent and Mistral Vibe skills, with a conversion script for other tools.
It is written in Python and licensed under the MIT license.
