# ClawCode

A Claude Code plugin that gives the agent persistent memory, a name and personality across sessions, and messaging through WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, iMessage and Slack, running inside Claude Code's own plugin system rather than a separate runtime.

ClawCode addresses Claude Code's default statelessness by injecting identity and memory files at the start of every session through lifecycle hooks, so the agent recalls a user's name, notes from earlier sessions, and its own established personality. It supports bilingual, Spanish and English, recall, so a question asked in one language can retrieve a note written in the other, nightly memory consolidation, a background service mode for continuous operation, and messaging across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, iMessage, Slack and a browser chat.

Unlike a separate harness that wraps Claude's API with its own session and billing, ClawCode extends Claude Code itself as a plugin, so a user pays only for their existing Claude Code access rather than separate API usage; an import command can bring an agent's personality, memory, skills and scheduled tasks over from another agent platform.

It is written in TypeScript and released under the MIT license.
