clojure-mcp-light

Three small command-line tools that let LLM coding assistants evaluate Clojure code in a live REPL and automatically fix mismatched delimiters.

clojure-mcp-light

clojure-mcp-light is a set of command-line tools, rather than an MCP server, for using LLM coding assistants with Clojure. clj-nrepl-eval lets an assistant evaluate code in a running nREPL session directly from the command line and manage its own sessions, without configuring a separate MCP server.

The other two tools address what the project calls a delimiter-repair death loop, where a model repeatedly fails to fix mismatched parentheses, brackets, or braces after an edit: clj-paren-repair-claude-hook fixes delimiters automatically through a Claude Code hook, and clj-paren-repair does the same on demand for Gemini CLI, Codex, or any assistant with shell access. The tools install through the Babashka package manager, bbin, and an optional parinfer-rust dependency speeds up delimiter repair when it is available. It is licensed under EPL-2.0.
