convimg

A command-line tool that converts images into palette-quantized source code, primarily for the TI-84+CE calculator series, driven by a YAML file describing palettes, image conversions and output formats.

convimg

convimg converts images into particular color formats and generates source includes from them, built mainly for the TI-84+CE and related calculator series but usable as a standalone program for other targets. A YAML file describes the conversion in three parts: palette generation, image conversion, and output formatting, and a --new flag generates a template to start from.

By default it reads convimg.yaml from the working directory, though a different input file can be given with -i. It also supports generating an icon for use by the calculator shell, in fasmg, gas or ice format, with a configurable description and output filename.

The CLI supports multithreaded conversion, adjustable logging verbosity, and a clean mode that deletes previously generated output files listed in convimg.out.
