Copilot Developer Camp

Copilot Developer Camp is a virtual workshop of hands-on labs for developers who want to build agents and connectors for Microsoft 365 Copilot, from no-code declarative agents to custom engine agents with full control of the model and orchestrator.

Copilot Developer Camp

Copilot Developer Camp offers several hands-on learning paths depending on a developer's role and scenario. One path extends Microsoft 365 Copilot with declarative agents that define instructions, knowledge sources and actions while Copilot handles orchestration and reasoning, with bundles covering building and securing an MCP server, orchestrating multi-agent workflows, building a rich interactive MCP App UI, calling custom APIs through a plugin generated from an OpenAPI spec, and grounding responses in organizational data through Copilot Connectors.

A second path builds custom engine agents with full control over the foundation model, orchestrator and security stack, using either the Microsoft 365 Agents SDK with Semantic Kernel, or the Agent Framework to build a production-ready example agent from scratch. Further labs cover extending Copilot Cowork, an orchestrator for multi-step, cross-app Microsoft 365 workflows, and building agents and Copilot Apps grounded in SharePoint content.

It is written in C# and licensed under MIT.
