Copilot Prompts

A collection of sample prompts, agent instructions and reusable Skill files for Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot, contributed by Microsoft product teams and the community.

Copilot Prompts

Copilot Prompts is a repository of sample content for building with Microsoft Copilot products, split into three types: prompt samples that can be used directly in Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot; agent instruction samples, which are system prompts pasted into Copilot Studio to create an agent; and Skill samples, reusable SKILL.md files that teach GitHub Copilot a multi-step task.

Each sample lives in its own folder with a readme and an assets folder, and the repository currently holds 116 prompt samples, 31 agent-instruction samples and 10 Skills, contributed by Microsoft's product groups, the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform community, and other contributors.
