Cortex

A tool that generates interactive API documentation, typed SDKs, and an MCP server from OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, GraphQL, gRPC, OpenRPC, and Markdown sources in one project configuration.

Cortex

Cortex combines OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, GraphQL, Protocol Buffer, OpenRPC, and Markdown sources into one project so a team can generate static, interactive HTML documentation, typed client SDKs for languages including TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, Ruby, PHP, C#, Rust, C++, and C, and an MCP server that gives AI agents typed tools, specifications, SDK guides, and other project documentation.

A CLI validates each configured source and previews the generation plan before writing files, can combine multiple specification files into one generated SDK, and can serve a local documentation preview. Generated output can be customized with template overrides and published to language registries and GitHub repositories.

It is written in TypeScript and released under the MIT license.
