# Cross-Code Organizer (CCO)

A local dashboard for inspecting and editing the configuration of multiple AI coding harnesses at once, including Claude Code, Codex CLI, OpenCode, and DeepSeek Harness, covering memories, skills, agents, MCP servers, sessions, and security scanning.

Cross-Code Organizer (CCO), formerly Claude Code Organizer, is a cross-harness configuration dashboard for AI coding tools. One dashboard covers Claude Code, Codex CLI, OpenCode, and DeepSeek Harness, letting a user switch harnesses from the sidebar, inspect what each tool loads, edit Markdown customizations in place, and clean up hidden configuration folders without spelunking through them manually.

Each harness is normalized through its own adapter rather than assumed to share precedence or mutation rules: Claude Code exposes memories, skills, agents, hooks, slash commands, MCP servers, sessions, and context budget tracking; Codex CLI exposes instructions, custom agents, profiles, sessions, shell snapshots, local memory, configuration, MCP servers, plugins, hooks, and skills; OpenCode exposes layered configuration, agents, commands, MCP servers, plugins, tools, and themes; and DeepSeek Harness exposes profiles, layered entry files, and skill roots. A research-preview activation scanner adds a local, model-based signal for detecting MCP, skill, plugin, hook, and tool-description poisoning, alongside existing text- and rule-based security scanning and context-budget tracking.

It is written in JavaScript under the MIT license.
