DevOps AI Guidelines & Learning Path

A sponsored, structured learning path and set of guides for DevOps engineers adopting AI, covering an 18-month roadmap, building MCP servers and AI agents for DevOps, and enterprise frameworks for adopting AI safely.

DevOps AI Guidelines & Learning Path

This repository is a learning path and reference guide for bringing AI into DevOps work. It lays out an 18-month roadmap from DevOps engineer to AI infrastructure architect in three phases, with structured tutorials on AI fundamentals and more advanced techniques.

Individual guides cover building MCP servers for DevOps with Golang and Kubernetes, building an AI agent for DevOps with Golang and LangChain, an SRE agent that monitors systems and escalates unexpected issues, and a runbook-based knowledge system so an agent retrieves the right fix when an incident fires. A separate guide gives teams and organizations a framework for adopting AI safely, alongside career-growth material for individuals. It is sponsored by Versus Incident.
