Docker-Android

A Docker image that runs Android emulators for app development, testing and automation, with noVNC access, adb control from outside the container, and beta support for an MCP server and AI agents.

Docker-Android

Docker-Android is a Docker image for Android application development and testing, covering native, web and hybrid apps. It runs an emulator with a choice of device profiles and skins, such as several Samsung Galaxy, Nexus and Pixel devices, and different Android API levels from 9.0 through 14.0.

The container exposes the emulator over noVNC for viewing in a browser, shares logs through a web UI, and can be controlled from outside the container with adb connect. It integrates with Genymotion Cloud, can be used to build an Android project, and supports running unit and UI test frameworks such as Appium and Espresso. Beta support adds an MCP server and AI-agent access to the running emulator.

It requires Docker and a host that supports virtualization, and ships as tagged images per Android version as well as Genymotion and MCP variants. It is written in Python.
