# Drama Skills

A set of eleven Claude Code and Codex skills that turn a novel or idea into a short serialized drama or comic: episode scripts, visual style guides, storyboards, and image or video generation prompts, with confirmation before any paid step.

Drama Skills is a workflow of eleven agent skills for producing short-form AI dramas and comics, covering the whole pipeline from source analysis through episode scripts, visual style setup, storyboards, image and video prompts, production, and final editing and review.

Continuity across shots is kept in plain markdown files rather than a database: a script, a visual-style sheet, a storyboard, and image and video prompt files per episode record every creative decision, and each shot's prompt states which established facts it depends on so a continuity check can catch drift. Any generation step that costs money is preceded by a preview the user must approve.

The project grew out of the authors' own short-drama production studio, distilled from past projects into a set of skills usable in Claude Code, Codex or other Agent Skills-compatible coding agents. It requires Python 3.9 or newer and ffmpeg for final video assembly, and is released under the MIT license.
