EmbedCatalog
A catalog where developers list an open-source project or service to get a ready-made embed badge, showing live GitHub stats, for its README or website.
EmbedCatalog is a project catalog: developers add their own open-source library, service or tool and receive a ready-made, relatively unique embed badge to place on a README or website, rather than a generic default badge. On the catalog's main page, each listed project appears as a card with images and information, and can be searched by name, description or tag, filtered by status or tag, and sorted by recency, upvotes or views.
Every project gets built-in embed badges, generated as static images in light and dark themes, for things such as its license and when it was added; beyond the built-in badges, a project can design its own custom embed with a title, description and theme from its dashboard and copy the resulting HTML snippet. Each project also gets its own page with a screenshot carousel, live GitHub stats such as forks and contributors refreshed automatically, and a Markdown-rendered info section.
It is written in TypeScript and released under the AGPL-3.0 license.
