FastAPI LangGraph Agent Template

A production-ready FastAPI template for building AI agent backends with LangGraph, handling stateful conversations, long-term memory, tool calling, observability, rate limiting and authentication so a team can focus on its own agent logic.

FastAPI LangGraph Agent Template

This is a production-ready template for building AI agent backends with FastAPI and LangGraph, aimed at engineers who want a working foundation rather than a tutorial project. It handles the infrastructure concerns of an agent service: stateful conversations, long-term memory, tool calling, observability, rate limiting and authentication.

Its model layer is built on LangChain's ChatOpenAI client, so it can point at any OpenAI-compatible LLM endpoint by changing a base URL and API key, without touching the LangGraph agent logic itself, including in the long-term memory component.

    recurse.run

A serverless harness that lets a coding agent design, test, and deploy its own specialist sub-agents as tools, MCP servers, or bots, defined by a schema-validated manifest.

  • ProofForge

    shulgin.is-a.dev

An AI-agent pipeline that decomposes a mathematics problem, proves each piece, and formalizes the result in Lean 4 and Mathlib until the Lean kernel accepts it, with six of its proofs already merged into Google DeepMind's formal-conjectures repository.

  • local-coder

    github.com

Builds a local coding-agent team on top of Ollama and OpenCode by detecting the machine's hardware, recommending models for seven specialist roles, and testing whether each assigned model can actually use tools, edit a repository and pass verification.
