Fli

A Python library, command-line tool and MCP server for searching Google Flights directly through its own API, without web scraping or browser automation.

Fli

Fli is a Python library that provides programmatic access to Google Flights data through a command-line interface. Rather than scraping the Google Flights website, it interacts directly with Google Flights' own API through reverse engineering, which the project says makes it faster and less prone to breaking from interface changes, with no HTML parsing or browser automation involved.

It ships an MCP server that can run over stdio or over streamable HTTP, installable with pipx, and exposes two tools to an MCP client such as Claude Desktop: one that searches flights on a specific date with filters such as cabin class, maximum stops, a departure time window, included or excluded airlines, and airline alliance, and another that finds the cheapest travel dates across a flexible date range.

It is released under the MIT license.
