GitHub Copilot Metrics Viewer

Copilot Metrics Viewer is a web application that charts GitHub Copilot usage across a GitHub organization or enterprise account, drawing on the Copilot Usage Metrics API introduced after GitHub retired the legacy Copilot Metrics API.

It runs in two modes. Direct API mode reads the latest 28-day rolling window straight from GitHub's API with no database, but cannot show team-level views. Historical mode adds a PostgreSQL database and a sync service that pulls metrics daily, unlocking per-user history beyond 28 days and team metrics derived from stored per-user records.

Version 3.0 adds the daily sync service and a per-user metrics tab, and can filter results over custom date ranges of up to 100 days.
