Grafbase
A GraphQL federation gateway that combined multiple GraphQL services into one API; the hosted platform has shut down and the gateway is now in maintenance mode.
Grafbase provided a Federation-compatible GraphQL gateway, together with a command-line tool and other platform components, for composing several GraphQL services into a single federated API.
The Grafbase platform, dashboard and app have since been shut down and are no longer operational after the project was acquired by The Guild. The Gateway, CLI and other components in this repository remain available but are in maintenance mode, receiving only high-severity security fixes, and the repository is scheduled to be archived at the end of May 2026.
For an actively developed, Federation-compatible GraphQL router, the project points users to Hive Router or Hive Gateway, also from The Guild. Grafbase itself is written in Rust and released under the MPL-2.0 license.
