# gwq - Git Worktree Manager

A CLI for creating, switching between and deleting Git worktrees through a fuzzy-finder interface, aimed in part at running several AI coding agents on different branches of the same repository in parallel.

gwq gives intuitive worktree operations the way `ghq` manages repository clones: `gwq add -b` creates a worktree on a new branch, `gwq list` and `gwq status` show all worktrees and their state, and `gwq get` resolves a worktree's path for `cd`. Because each worktree has its own isolated working directory, multiple AI coding agents, or a person reviewing code while developing a new feature, can work without merge conflicts.

`gwq status --watch` monitors all worktrees' activity in real time, and `gwq exec` runs a command inside a named worktree. It installs through Homebrew, `go install`, or by building from source, and integrates with tmux to run and manage long-running processes in a persistent session per worktree.
