hatch3r

An open-source CLI and editor plugin that installs a full tool-agnostic agentic coding setup — agents, skills, rules, commands, hooks and MCP integrations — into any repository for Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot.

hatch3r

hatch3r generates a working agentic-coding setup for a repository in one command, detecting whether the project is greenfield or brownfield and solo or team-sized, then walking through platform, content-profile and tool choices before writing everything needed for Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot. As of version 1.9.0 it dropped support for twelve other adapters, reads its canonical content from the bundled npm package rather than materializing it into the user's repository, and moved its manifest to a project-local file.

A selective-init mode installs only what a given project type and team size need, existing rules from Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf or a root AGENTS.md can be imported and land under an overrides directory with per-file conflict reporting, and each release is audited across 24 governance domains, with live counts published in the project's own inventory file.

  • Provenance gate

    github.com

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
