HuggingLLM

HuggingLLM is a Chinese-language course and code repository that introduces how large language models such as ChatGPT work and how to apply them. It is aimed at people with some programming background who want to use LLM APIs to build features, rather than researchers studying the underlying algorithms.

The material walks through embeddings, similarity search, text classification, entity recognition, summarization, translation, and reasoning, each with example code in Jupyter notebooks, and also discusses evaluation, safety, and business applications of these models. It documents how to call APIs from providers including Zhipu's GLM and Alibaba's Qwen in addition to OpenAI's.

It is released as a companion to a printed book of the same material, distributed as Jupyter notebooks and Markdown documentation.
