Hyva AI Skills extends AI coding assistants with specialized knowledge for Magento 2 development using the Hyva theme, covering tasks such as creating a Hyva child theme, building a module, and adding a CMS component such as a hero banner or an Alpine.js-based dropdown.

Individual skills are installed by name using the repository's own install script, which resolves any dependencies between skills automatically and symlinks each one into the target agent's skills directory, so a later git pull in the cloned repository updates every installed skill immediately; a copy mode is available instead for setups such as an agent running in a container separate from the host repository. An older, simpler installer copies every skill at once instead of symlinking. Supported agents include Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, Junie and OpenCode.
