i-have-adhd

i-have-adhd is a skill that changes how a coding agent replies, leading with the next concrete action instead of a hedged explanation so the answer is not buried in preamble.

i-have-adhd

It rewrites a verbose, exploratory-sounding response into a numbered set of steps that starts with the command or file to change, caps tangents and list length, gives specific time estimates rather than vague ones, states errors matter-of-factly, and ends with one concrete next step instead of a closing pleasantry such as "hope this helps."

The ten underlying rules are adapted from a printed workbook of ADHD coping strategies, reworked for how a language model should respond rather than how a person should organize their day. It is distributed as a Claude Code skill or plugin, and its rules file can be forked and edited to produce a personalized variant installed alongside the original.

    github.com

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
