InfraFactory
A tool that generates and validates OpenTofu infrastructure code with an LLM across several clouds, checking each attempt against deterministic mock servers first.
InfraFactory takes a scenario YAML file that declares infrastructure intent as resources and acceptance criteria, generates OpenTofu HCL with an LLM, and validates it through four layers, static checks, a mock deployment, a real deployment, and destruction, feeding structured failures from a failed layer back into the next generation attempt's prompt. This closes the iterate-and-fix loop in seconds against local mock cloud servers instead of the roughly 90-second round trip of testing against a real cloud API each time.
It supports AWS, GCP, Scaleway and Genesys Cloud scenarios, and on Scaleway can optionally apply the generated infrastructure to the real API and tear it down again. It ships a CLI that runs a single scenario end to end and a web UI that shows each generation-and-validation iteration live, a per-run infrastructure-as-code viewer, and pages for browsing scenarios, past runs, comparisons, common pitfalls and diagnostics.
A full quickstart demo completes in about two minutes and needs no real cloud credentials.
