# ITOps Agent Platform

A multi-agent IT-operations automation platform that closes the loop from alert to AI diagnosis to a proposed fix, human approval on a phone, execution and verification, positioned as an open alternative to PagerDuty, Rundeck, Portainer and vCenter.

ITOps Agent Platform automates the loop an on-call engineer otherwise runs by hand: an alert triggers, an AI agent diagnoses the root cause and generates a fix command, the fix is pushed for approval on a phone, then executed, verified and written up in a report, aiming to take a manual incident response down from tens of minutes to a few minutes of tapping approve. It targets Zabbix and Prometheus for monitoring integration.

The project is undergoing a large architectural rewrite around a 4A framework and domain-driven design intended to decouple business logic from technical implementation; the maintainers note that recently pushed code and Docker images are a transitional, unverified state and recommend that most users wait for a stable release rather than pull the latest build directly.

Code committed before May 27, 2026 remains under the MIT license; code committed from that date onward is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0, which requires that modified source be published when a binary, image or deployment built from it is distributed, and forbids repackaging the project as a closed-source commercial product or a competing SaaS platform.
