# jam-docs

An unofficial documentation site and knowledge base for developers building on JAM, the Polkadot ecosystem's next-generation protocol.

jam-docs publishes an unofficial knowledge base for developers who are new to JAM, pulling source material from linked HackMD documents and turning it into a browsable documentation website.

The site is a Docusaurus project. A `just build` step fetches the referenced HackMDs, converts the YAML source files to Markdown, and builds the static site; `yarn start` runs a local development server that reflects most edits without a restart.

The published site redeploys automatically on every push to the main branch. The project is written in JavaScript and released under the GPL-3.0-only license, with contributions accepted under the same terms.
