langhost

A self-hosted, open-source LangGraph Agent Server that runs on a user's own Postgres and Redis, aiming for drop-in compatibility with existing LangGraph projects and no license key for persistence.

langhost

langhost is an open, self-hosted implementation of the LangGraph Agent Server, built to run against a user's own Postgres and Redis rather than a proprietary or licensed persistence runtime. It targets compatibility with existing LangGraph projects: adding langhost to a project with a normal langgraph.json and pointing it at Postgres and Redis is meant to require no code changes.

It aims to support the same protocols and clients as the official Agent Server, including LangSmith Studio, the langgraph-sdk, the Agent Protocol, Agent Chat UI, MCP, A2A and AG-UI/CopilotKit. Compared with the official langgraph dev command, which persists to memory and local disk, or LangSmith Deployments, which require a license key for self-hosting, langhost uses an MIT-licensed persistence runtime with no license key required.

It is not affiliated with or endorsed by LangChain.
