Larafony

A modern, modular PHP framework built as a set of Composer packages, aiming to combine Laravel's developer experience with Symfony's discipline on PHP 8.5, including an MCP integration package.

Larafony

Larafony is built entirely on PSR standards, PSR-7 for HTTP, PSR-11 for the container, PSR-15 for middleware and PSR-3 for logging, for interoperability with any compliant library, and uses PHP attributes throughout instead of verbose annotations or configuration files. A minimal composer.json keeps dependencies to PSR packages only, and a custom middleware pipeline is tuned for performance.

It works with Inertia.js, Vue.js, Blade or Twig rather than locking a project into one frontend approach, and its wider ecosystem of packages includes routing, an ORM, caching, a CLI and MCP integration, plus built-in, cookie-free backend analytics with no external tracker. It requires PHP 8.5 or newer and Composer 2.9 or newer, with a Docker-based development environment offered as an alternative, and is developed roadmap-first, one chapter per branch, each with its own PHPUnit tests.
