Magic

A self-hosted, low-code platform that generates a full-stack application's database, secure REST API, business logic and frontend from plain English, with an MCP server exposing every endpoint as an agent tool.

Magic

Magic turns a plain English description into a working full-stack application, including its database, a secured API, business logic and a frontend, running entirely on the user's own hardware. Pointing its API Wizard at an existing MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server or MariaDB schema produces a complete, secured CRUD API that can then be extended in plain English without a separate build or deploy step.

Beyond CRUD business apps such as CRM systems and booking tools, it can build database-driven AI agents that query and update the underlying database and call the generated endpoints under role-based access control, chatbots grounded in a crawled website's content, wrappers around third-party APIs described by an OpenAPI or Swagger document, and scheduled background jobs written in its own Hyperlambda language. Its MCP server exposes generated endpoints as tools that Claude, Cursor, Codex or other MCP clients can call.

Magic is written in C# and runs on a compiled .NET runtime, and is released under the MIT license.
