Manifold
An experimental platform for long-horizon workflow automation with teams of AI assistants, supporting OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and self-hosted open-weight models through a visual workflow editor and MCP tools.
Manifold gives specialists, tools, projects and workflows a shared workspace for multi-step objectives that run over extended periods, rather than one-shot prompts; specialists can collaborate across multiple turns and work on complex objectives for hours. Agent chat assigns objectives to specialists, who can render visualizations alongside text.
A visual flow editor designs agent workflows, automatically exposing MCP tools as nodes; saved workflows themselves become tools that other workflows or specialists can invoke. Pulse schedules tasks for specialists to run at intervals, daily or once at a set time, and sends results to external services such as Matrix.
Each project is isolated to its own root path and can load skills from its own skills/ folder or from shared, read-only skill directories. It supports OpenAI and Google image generation as well as local image generation through a custom ComfyUI MCP client, and warns it is not meant for production environments that need strong stability guarantees.
