Model Compression Toolkit

Model Compression Toolkit (MCT) provides quantization and compression tools for deploying neural networks on constrained hardware. It supports post-training quantization (PTQ), gradient-based parameter fine-tuning (GPTQ) and quantization-aware training (QAT), each with different accuracy, complexity and compute trade-offs, ranging from a few CPU minutes to tens of GPU hours.

Its quantization core includes mixed-precision search that assigns an optimal bit-width per layer, graph optimizations for the quantization process, and quantization parameter search using methods such as MSE, no-clipping and MAE to minimize noise. It takes a pre-trained PyTorch or Keras model as input, with an optional representative dataset or built-in data generation, and installs with pip on Python 3.10 or newer.

A continual learning language model that trains from scratch on a single 8 GB VRAM GPU, assembling its own architecture and adapting its size to the hardware and data available rather than shipping as a fixed pretrained model.

  • An open-source contrastive-embedding pipeline that maps technical CVE vulnerability descriptions to formal cybersecurity compliance controls in NIST SP 800-53 and CMMC, published with its model generation, fine-tuning and evaluation code.

A small vision-language model, fine-tuned with LoRA on a 500-million-parameter backbone, that answers typed multiple-choice, ordinal-score and yes/no questions about an image with calibrated probabilities, in about 400 milliseconds on a laptop.
