# Multi-Agent CAD (MAC)

MAC is a multi-agent framework turning a natural-language design brief into editable CAD geometry, generating a single printable part or decomposing a mechanism into separately generated components that it assembles, validates and exports for inspection or simulation.

MAC, for Multi-Agent CAD, turns an ordinary natural-language design brief into editable engineering geometry. It can generate a single printable part or decompose a mechanism into separately generated components, assemble them, validate the result, and export the artifacts needed for downstream inspection and simulation.

The project began as a single-part text-to-CAD workflow, and this release adds visual verification, an independent judging step, and an experimental multi-part assembly mode demonstrated on examples such as a gantry inspection platform and a mobile manipulator arm; the authors describe the assembly examples as curated outputs rather than a measured success rate, and recommend validating generated geometry and joints before manufacturing or simulation use. It is built on LangGraph, build123d and OpenCascade.
