Nextmv community apps

A set of standalone example decision apps for the Nextmv optimization platform, showing how to solve knapsack, vehicle routing, shift scheduling and order-fulfillment problems in Go and Python with solvers such as HiGHS, OR-Tools, Gurobi, CPLEX and Xpress.

Nextmv community apps

This repository collects pre-built decision apps that serve as the base for subscription apps on the Nextmv Marketplace, and as hands-on examples of the Nextmv Platform. Each app is standalone and runnable by following its own README, after signing up for a Nextmv account and installing the platform.

A "hello world" set of apps introduces the platform in Go, Java and Python. Further examples pair different languages with different solvers to tackle knapsack, shift scheduling, vehicle routing and cost-flow problems, including HiGHS, Gurobi, CPLEX, Xpress and Google OR-Tools.

A further set of more complete examples covers cases such as order fulfillment, several of them demonstrating how to run an app inside a devcontainer the same way it would run on Nextmv Cloud.
