Open WebUI Tools Collection

A modular collection of tools, function pipelines and filters that extend an Open WebUI instance with research search, image and music generation, and autonomous agent pipelines.

Open WebUI Tools Collection

Open WebUI Tools Collection adds more than 20 specialized tools and functions to an Open WebUI instance. Its tools cover academic paper search through arXiv, web search through Perplexica or SerpBase, media search through Pexels and YouTube, provider-status checks, and image, video and music generation through ComfyUI workflows, Hugging Face and Atlas Cloud, alongside a weather-forecast widget.

Its function pipes add a Planner Agent with autonomous multi-agent delegation and real-time execution tracking, an arXiv research pipe using Monte Carlo Tree Search, a multi-model discussion pipe, a resume analyzer, a Mopidy music-server controller, and integration with the Letta agent framework. Each tool or pipe is installed individually into an existing Open WebUI deployment.

  • Provenance gate

    github.com

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
