OpenBot

A template for self-hosted AI coworkers, each given its own browser, files and tools, with every action decided before it happens and recorded after, built on the AG-UI protocol.

OpenBot

OpenBot is meant to run on a company's own infrastructure through Docker Compose, storing data in PostgreSQL, with no model shipped in the box; the material describes it as a template to be cloned and customized rather than a hosted product, since every workspace in the repository is a private example meant to be replaced.

Each coworker is given a real browser with its own logins, its own files, and only the tools it is granted; a person can watch it work on its own screen and take over when it reaches something it should not do alone, then hand it back. It answers using components rather than only prose, and a bundled example package ships thirteen coworkers.

It is written in TypeScript, ships in a single-user admin mode until sign-in is configured, is described as alpha and under active development, and is licensed under MIT.

  • local-coder

    github.com

Builds a local coding-agent team on top of Ollama and OpenCode by detecting the machine's hardware, recommending models for seven specialist roles, and testing whether each assigned model can actually use tools, edit a repository and pass verification.
