OpenMontage

OpenMontage turns an AI coding assistant into a video-production studio, handling research, scripting, asset generation, editing and final composition from a plain-language description.

OpenMontage

It ships twelve production pipelines and more than a hundred tools, together with hundreds of agent-skill and production-knowledge files, so an agent can plan a video, gather or generate assets and assemble a finished piece rather than only animating a handful of still images. Example productions described in its README were assembled from real stock-footage motion clips as well as image-to-video and 3D-animation sources, with narration, music and captions layered on top.

Rendering paths shown include Remotion compositions, Blender-rendered 3D animation assembled with FFmpeg, and other third-party image, video and voice generation services invoked from within the workflow, so a finished piece can draw on several external providers depending on the pipeline chosen.

Python, AGPL-3.0 licensed.
