# OpenPlanr

A shared delivery loop of 27 skills for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, plus a deterministic command-line tool, that keeps specifications, stories and tasks as reviewed files in a repository so an agent reads the plan before changing code.

OpenPlanr is a set of skills for planning, design, review, diagramming and delivery, built to run inside a coding agent the user already has, alongside a deterministic command-line tool called planr. Specifications, user stories, tasks and their provenance are stored as files under a project-local folder, reviewed and versioned like ordinary code rather than living in a separate hosted tracker.

The skills and the CLI make no model calls or telemetry themselves; an optional design engine calls OpenAI only if the user selects that provider and supplies a key. The planr CLI stores and validates planning files, renders diagrams and reports, installs the skills into a chosen host, diagnoses installations, and can synchronize with GitHub Issues and Linear. It is not a hosted project tracker and does not replace one; instead it closes the loop so an agent reads the plan before changing code, and what ships becomes evidence for the next review.
