Paca

A self-hosted, open-source alternative to Jira, Trello, ClickUp and Monday where AI agents work inside the same Scrum board and sprints as human teammates.

Paca

Paca is a self-hosted project management platform built so AI agents and humans collaborate as equal members of a Scrum team rather than as chatbots added on top. Agents are assigned to sprints, pick up tasks from the backlog, update their status, help write BDD specs in Gherkin, and contribute to system design documents alongside people.

Its workflow, data model and interface are configurable and extendable through plugins, so a team can adapt statuses, fields and behavior to its own process. Paca is written in Go, licensed under Apache 2.0, and positions itself as a free, lightweight alternative to paid tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp and Monday, aimed at Scrum teams that want AI agents working directly on the board.
